There is a cosy garden with entwined paths, tunnels of plants, and Botanic curiosities. The garden of the university library offers also a wonderful view to the Vistula river and Warsaws city centre.

The classical frontage of the theatre was destroyed during the second world war. It was rebuilt and delights its visitors today with antique columns and artful sculptures.

There is also a sculpture infront of the building of the theatre founder Stanislaw Moniuszko.
